YouTube and Non-Profits

Last week, YouTube announced YouTube Next Cause program designed to help nonprofits use online video more effectively.

Video can be a phenomenal way to get your message across. Organizations are doing amazing things with video for fundraising, marketing, awareness, education, and even thanking their donors.

YouTube is the 800-lb. gorilla, getting more searches each day than Yahoo! or Bing. And as it happens, they have a nice non-profit program that offers premium branding, more upload capacity, etc.
