You are spot on regarding strategic planning... it is a hyper critical element to success, but most "collect dust" because they are tomes of knowledge and no inspiration or usefulness.

I developed QuickPlanner Plus to be a simple and effective strategic planning system that works for all types of organizations... I've used it for my marketing plans, business plans and even used it to develop Through the Mind, a non-profit I founded last year to help returning veterans.
